Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Pure Nature Harvest, we strive to deliver the freshest natural products. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are processed.

1. Order Cancellation

We understand that plans change. Here is how cancellations work:

A) Pre-Dispatch Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at support@purenatureharvest.com. If the order has not yet been handed over to the courier, we will cancel it and initiate a 100% refund.

B) Post-Dispatch Cancellation

Once the order has been dispatched/shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may choose to reject the delivery, but shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

2. Returns Policy

⚠️ Hygiene & FSSAI Disclaimer Due to the consumable nature of our products (Honey, Oils, Ghee, Spices, etc.), we generally follow a "No Return" policy to maintain strict hygiene standards and comply with FSSAI regulations.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
  • Change of mind or taste preference.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or seal-broken.
  • Perishable goods.
✅ Eligible for Replacement/Refund:

You may request a return/refund ONLY under the following conditions:

  • The product was delivered in a physically damaged condition (leaked/broken).
  • You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered).
  • The product delivered has expired.

3. How to Request a Refund

To report a damaged or wrong product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  1. Email us at support@purenatureharvest.com.
  2. Include your Order ID.
  3. Attach clear Photos or Videos showing the damage/issue.

Note: Requests made after 48 hours or without proof may be rejected.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return request is approved by our team (and the respective Vendor, if applicable):

  • Mode: Refunds are processed to the original payment source (UPI/Card/Bank).
  • Timeline: It typically takes 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing speed.

5. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charges are non-refundable. However, if the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will refund the shipping cost or arrange a free replacement.
