1. Shipping Coverage

Pure Nature Harvest currently delivers orders exclusively across India. Delivery availability for specific pincodes depends on our courier partners (Delhivery, Shiprocket, etc.) and the vendor's location.

2. Order Processing

Once you place an order, our vendors typically process and pack it within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You will receive a notification once your order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Partners & Tracking

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe delivery. Since we are a multi-vendor marketplace, different items in your cart may be shipped by different vendors using different couriers.

Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking ID. You can also track your order directly on our Track Order page.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary based on your location relative to the vendor:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Non-Metro / Rest of India: 4–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7+ business days

Note: Timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather, festivals, or courier operational issues.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the order and your delivery location. Some vendors may offer Free Shipping on orders above a certain value.

6. Split Shipments

If your order contains products from multiple different vendors, they will be shipped separately. You will receive separate tracking numbers and packages for each part of your order.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address (including House No, Landmark, and Pincode). Pure Nature Harvest is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address details.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please refuse to accept it or take a video while opening it. You must report damages to us within 48 hours of delivery for a claim.
